This limited contract, therefore, does not involve any tennis court reservations, tennis equipment or personal interaction generated from your use of this Website. Please understand that all of your tennis court reservations are made directly between you and your chosen tennis court provider, all of your tennis equipment (including tennis balls) must be provided by you or your opponent and all interactions between you and your opponents and between you and the general public are outside of the scope of your contract with us. TennisChallengeLadder.com will not be liable to you in any way whatsoever in relation to or connected with the performance of your contract with or activities at your chosen tennis location or any dissatisfaction, accidents or other occurrences related to your tennis activities.

• 1. OUR SERVICES
  • a. By operating TennisChallengeLadder.com website, we do not make any offer to sell or supply you with any products or services other than to provide electronic tennis ladder organizational services. We reserve the right from time to time to place advertisements of any kind on the Website and on all emails sent to you from the Website. You will have the ability to choose whether or not you will click on any individual advertisement placed on our Website and/or emails. When you register on the Website, you are offering to use our services to place you on a tennis ladder or on several tennis ladders and for us to organize such ladders and we may accept your offer to provide your username, password and the tennis profile you create subject to our Terms of Website Usage listed below.
  • b. When creating a profile you undertake that all details you provide are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to register for any and all tennis ladders and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible.
  • c. All prices and ladder season dates advertised on this Website or in any other location regarding our tennis ladders are subject to change at any time.
• 2. METHOD OF PAYMENT

• 3. WE WILL STRIVE TO
  • a. Provide you with an opportunity to play on a tennis ladder in your area assuming at least one other person in your category and at your ability level has registered for the same ladder.
  • b. Move you up and down your particular ladder or ladders in accordance with the scores you accurately report on the Website. This movement will not occur if the scores are not entered within the appropriate time frame after each match or if the scores are entered incorrectly (please see the link to the "Tennis Ladder Rules" on our Homepage for more information).
• 4. TENNIS & TENNIS-RELATED ACTIVITIES
  • a. We will have no liability to you whatsoever in relation to any tennis or tennis-related activities as these fall beyond our scope of activities and services i.e. acting only as a tennis ladder organizational website. In particular, TennisChallengeLadder.com assumes and will take no responsibility for players registered on any of our ladders while such players are traveling to or from any tennis ladder match or while on any tennis court and we accept no responsibility for any accident or occurrences to the players on the tennis court or any other time. TennisChallengeLadder.com will also not assume or take any responsibility for any property belonging to any player, any tennis facility or any member of the general public. We undertake no position as to whether or not any relevant tennis facility will assume or take any responsibility for activities tennis or otherwise that occur within their premises.
  • b. In addition, TennisChallengeLadder.com will not be responsible in any way in the event that you do not enjoy your tennis ladder experience.
• 5. TENNIS FACILITY DRESS CODES
  The dress code regulations of the tennis facility where you are playing must be strictly adhered to. It is the responsibility of each player before the start of each tennis ladder match that they are properly attired in articles of tennis clothing. TennisChallengeLadder.Com cannot and will not accept any responsibility if any player is refused entry to any tennis facility due to inappropriate tennis attire.
• 6. INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
  Although we always hope for great tennis weather, the weather conditions of your particular locality might at some time make playing a tennis ladder match extremely difficult or even impossible. TennisChallengeLadder.Com cannot be held responsible for any weather conditions that hinder your abilities to play matches on any tennis ladder. As bad weather is inevitable during the course of the year, the operators of tennis facilities may either close their tennis courts or allow you to play tennis only at your own discretion. It is the player's responsibility to contact the tennis facility operator to confirm that the courts are open and/or playable.
• 7. COMPLAINTS
  If you have any complaints concerning any services we provide including complaints or clarifications about any particular tennis ladder match, you must inform us in writing or via email and in any event within five days of the date your complaint is centered upon. We regret we cannot accept any liability or properly handle your complaint if we are not notified according to this policy. Our maximum liability to you if we are found to be at fault in relation to any service we provide to you is limited to the registration fee we have earned or are due to earn from you in relation to the tennis ladder season at issue, and in any event shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions. If you have a complaint or experience any problems related to the service of TennisChallengeLadder.Com, please inform us as soon as possible via email as no verbal or written complaints will be accepted. All complaints should be made to us via email at handler@tennischallengeladder.com If you fail to follow this procedure, this may affect your entitlement to claim compensation where this may otherwise have been appropriate.

  • d. You will be responsible for registering for ladders created in future ladder seasons as your registration will not carry over from ladder season to ladder season.
